Compete for the BEST PINSTRIPE PAINTER trophy awarded Saturday on the main stage! Proceeds from the Charity Auction of painted items will be donated to Shield 616.
Entry includes complimentary admission and infield parking or Car Show Entry*, food and beverage vouchers, event poster and decal. We will provide tables, chairs, easels, clean cotton wipes, 1-Shot Paints and articles to paint.
You may bring your own supplies, tools, items, etc. We ask that you paint three items for auction - painted onsite or brought completed. Plan on painting at least one item at the event. You may promote your pinstripe with business cards, flyers and small signage.
If you land work at the event, we ask that you donate 20% to the charity. 100% of the proceeds of any items sold at the auction go to charity. PPIR staff will conduct the auction and handle the payment transactions. If you want to sell pinstriped and other merchandise as a regular vendor, you need to rent a Vendor Booth separately. Deadline for entries is August 21. We will contact you prior to the event with arrangements.
